Pierce Vacation 2012 - Photoblog (Part 1)

You put up with the blogs and experienced the trip through the written word.  Now, it's time to put together the experience with pictures.  This is the reward for having to visualize for 12 blogs.

DAY 1

Unfortunately, we didn't take pictures of the toilet in room 1.  From the first day, we have a single photo...with our two little munchkins loving sharing a bed!

DAY 2

Miles wasn't in a photo taking mood...he was just camera shy in front of the castle...

The tears only came when Cinderella was introduced...

The only reason we went to Cinderella's Royal Table was so that Lukas could get a hug from a certain Princess.  He certainly made the most of it.

Unfortunately, the frontal stare was the best we could get from Miles.

My cute little Lukas - he was brave enough on his first ride of Splash Mountain to put his hands up.

Little did we know that we would get soaked...this is post-ride.

Miles "eye" incident seemed a bit bad from far away...it only gets worse from up close.

Luckily, Donald Duck cured his bad mood over his eye.

After the eye bounced back, the kids shared in one of our great traditions...new Mickey hats.  Miles was no longer camera shy.

And they pulled together for some autographs!

DAY 3

Day 3 started off with Lukas on the drum.  He had the beat down in about 3 seconds.

Didn't believe me that Elisa had to sew and then re-sew the bow on Miles' Donald hat?  I present proof, along with the final results.

The family got together with Donald.

The kids had to wait three days until they could see the big cheese.  Mickey wowed them while I enjoyed the world's best buffet eggs.

And then, we hit some rides.  Elisa and Lukas were a little scared of the dinosaurs!

And we had to commemorate Lukas and his first Expedition Everest ride!

We also got a few pictures of Lukas embracing the "So You Think You Can Dance!" Animal Kingdom edition...

We then hit the pool....Lukas impressed us all and the family had a ball.

And Miles was the only happy camper after the trip to Downtown Disney.  He came with a Mickey.  He left with two new friends...

Tomorrow, we'll look at Days 4-6!
