Fish Lake - Almost 8 months old

We spent the weekend in Fish Lake. Luke enjoyed the outdoors. He got to go on a boat ride, watch mom and dad fish, and play with his cousins. Here are a few picturs of the his vacation... The first picture is Luke enjoying his bath in the sink of one of the cabin, the second is all the cousins. Emma (4), Jack (7), and Lukas (8 months). The third is the Pierce family, from left to right - Greg, Jack, Emma, Kelly, Luke, Brad, Dave. The fourth picture is Brad, Luke and Elisa.

I love Molly!

Luke just adores Molly. Maggie still keeps her distance from the baby, but Molly has become Luke's best friend!

First Vacation - 7 months

We went to Houston to visit Luke's Auntie Kirsten. He was great on the flight!

Just over 6 Months

Luke's just over 6 months now. He's eating all kinds of foods and doing all kinds of new things. He's growing well, at his last doctors appointment he weighed in at 17 lb 13 oz and 27 inches. He's tall and lean. Just like daddy. He's got one tooth out and three more buds that should appear any day now. Even though he's got them all coming in at once, he's still a very mellow baby!

Father's Day

Luke went swimming for the first time on Father's Day. He was sporting a lovely lobster bathing suit with matching hat. He was a bit unsure about the water at first. After a few minutes he was having a great time!

More pictures at 6 months...

He's 6 months old!

Luke continues to grow so much. We can't believe that he's been around for a full 6 months. He can roll over at will, and is becoming quite the expert at sitting up on his own. He's found his voice (which is both good and bad), and he has graduated from cereal to peas and carrots. He's doing great on peas, but as you can see below, he had some cleanliness issues with carrots. Our family is doing great, and we have adjusted well to the new addition to our lives.

4 1/2 months old...

Lukas is now almost 5 months old. 2 weeks ago, he started eating solids. He seems to love his Rice cereal, and goes back and forth on his oatmeal. He is growing so fast, and is getting so tall already. Something tells us he will want to walk soon after he figures out how to crawl.
